That depends on your definition of punishing. I tend to like doing quests as it gets my rep up and takes me around to new areas and such. At least in the past, I found running the same dungeon for 8 hours straight to be punishing. Then again, I didn't have the advanced ISBoxer setup I do now, so that may change when Classic goes live.
