Considering your goals, if you are focused on your Mage for PVP & Warlock for raiding, I would consider the following group:
PVP:
1 Frost Mage main (lots of moving around with blink and iceblock/barrier/blizzard);
2 Holy Paladins to give more than 100% uptime on BoF to mage & twice as many BoPs ;-)
2 Warlocks for pets, buffs, fearing, & otherwise pressuring the enemies;
With that same group for PVE Instance grinding you could go:
1 Paladin AoE Tank (or 2nd healer if no tank needed);
1 Paladin Healer;
2 Warlocks for DPS/utility with pet off tanking as needed;
1 Mage for DPS (& food/water for party especially the AoE Tank);
Note that I haven't personally ever tried the above group composition but my thoughts were it may fit the PVP Mage movement heavy play-style you were indicating.
If you were willing to give up Mage based PVP you likely could still feed your Warlock raiding main and go with:
For PVP:
2 Warriors for DPS;
1 Warlock for Dots/fear/pet;
2 Paladins for hardy heals support (likely BoFs for Warriors & BoP as needed);
For PVE:
2 Warriors for DPS (swap in shield to Tank when needed);
1 Warlock for DPS/fear/pet;
2 Paladins for hardy heals/blessings/seals support;
2 Warriors, 2 Paladins, & 1 Warlock is one group that I have been strongly considering though in the end I will likely instead go 3 Warriors + 2 Paladins per Apatheist's recommendations... But that is me and fits my goals better & aligns more with my preferences toward Paladins & Warriors...
