That video is incredibly old, and it should be apparent based on the layout of the Key Maps and the titlebar showing ISBoxer #33 (we're currently on version 42). So, while it's not super obvious, searching for "ISBoxer Interact with Target," on YouTube, will list the Post-Wizard Setup video for WoW, which contains one of the several walkthroughs for IWT, and will highlight the issue you have with the IWT assignment in the Virtual Mapped Keys tab of your Character Set.
However, if you used the Quick Setup Wizard and you selected World of Warcraft on Step 1, then this would've been already configured for you when you create your Character Set, which is why it's left out of the Wiki entry (although, I guess it should be added in).
I assume you set a duplicate Hotkey for one of the IWT Mapped Keys in the Party Key Map, which is why both things are happening. If that's the case, then you may want to remove that since, in the default setup, you should not be assigning Hotkeys in Key Maps that do not end in the word "Hotkeys."
