Default BFA PvP Hunter Interact With Target not working

If i am in PvP combat and press the IWT button on a PvP target my toons stop completely. Even if they get the keypress to run forward, IWT stops them running forward. Do someone has the solution for that or is it now completely impossible to play a hunter team in pvp? Ranged DDs had the problem not facing the target if they are in wand range AND do not have a melee spec. But you could let them run sideways and press IWT so they circeled the target in wandrange without the need of follow in pvp. Now IWT stops them no matter if in wandrange or outside.

    When interacting, Hunters will:

    • If in melee range, turn toward their target.
    • If outside of auto-shoot range, move into auto-shoot range and stop.
Do not send me a PM if what you want to talk about isn't absolutely private.

Regarding the melee range you are Right. But with a player as a pvp target and yourself flagged pvp you do NOT move anymore. Even if you try to move forward or backwards your movement stops if you press IWT. You can only move sideways but IWT does then Nothing. You can try duelling one of your own characters. If your second Point would still be true my ISBoxer Settings would work perfectly.

Assami is Right. The only possibility is then to turn them with mouse and Keyboard broadcast or something like the Sage's Lightning Rod but im not Horde

So, beside shaman and druid, Blizz killed ranged classes in pvp . Thank you for the clarification.

Hunters are almost impossible to play in PvP now.
If you really want to, you can use items that make your chars face targets, for exemple the Sage's Lightning Rod (Horde side only).

It is, that's why it's pretty hard to play hunter in PvP now, it's hard to make your toons face the target.

Ok, i have submitted it as a Bug ... apparently it is one. 10 times, one for every Charakter. I hope they dont see it as spam, but i think everyone has the right to submit a bug on his account . Maybe you could do it too if you want to play a ranged class in pvp as a miltiboxer again

Maybe they will fix it because its really a bug, sure more punishing for a multiboxer but also for a singleplayer. Only follow is off in pvp but that has nothing to doo with IWT.

since it been like it since 4.0? i would not think they look it as a bug, using tools to get around follow nerver been the best (pets etc) so asking for somthing to be fix for a "hack" i would not really go down that road to be fair.

I am logged in with one character. I am using IWT on a Player while myself flagged pvp … IWT is not working as intended. My Char is not interacting with the target. So, its a bug. On a shaman or deathknight IWT is working. That has nothing to do with follow or multiboxing. On PvE Targets IWT is working when you are outside wand range.

But i didn't know that its broken this way since 4.0 O.o
