hi sorry i forgot to remove some code that kinda stopped comms working in a party/raid that was not intended

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN A GUILD TO USE THE ADDON but if you can it be better if can, Just the party/raid channels no longer work. but there is other channels the addon can use apart from guild.

## Communications - WHISPER Communications should now work if your in a party or a raid. -So you do not have to be in a guild or though i would still advise if you can.
