Get 2 cores (total 4 threads) per game.
Also, ideally, leave atleast 2 cores not assigned for any games: its for the OS.
64gb ram will be enough, but cutting it close, as 10 uses around 30gb ram. Get a motherboard you can upgrade to 128gb if need be in the future.
Get the 1080ti or 2080ti.
Going 16 with semi decent performance doesnt happen at a cheap price. Sadly.
Yes.. you will be able to cram f.ex 10 into 6 cores / 12 threads, you do the math for rest.., but you wont get near the performance, and you WILL regret not getting the better cpu. Been there done that.
