Sure (the games dont have to fight over the same cores).

Each game should have atleast 2 cores (and its 2 hyperthreaded parts) assigned to it. 5 x 2 = 10 cores (20 threads). Then you want the same for the OS. So a 12 core (24 threads), would be awesome for a 5man. If you plan to do more stuff than that, at the same time... get even more cores.

Overclock the cpu aswell and get a nice aio cooler.
