Yea collection quests are all a pain pretty much up to Legion, I do 60-80, Questing in Hellfire and Nagrand, with full Heirlooms, Warmode On and only while Rested (Rested weakaura). I level until the rested bonus is at 0 and then leave that team for 7 (or more) days before going back, usually gets through 60-80.

Also all my toons Herb and Mine for the XP. I currently have 10+ teams leveling, so I use Zygor Guides to keep track of quests.
