Question about setting team / ISBOXER

Hello everyone.

I'm able to setup a full melee team.
I'm able to setup tank+3dps+healer and play from tank POV.
I'm able to setup a melee team with healer and play in the healer POV.

But... I'm not being able to setup a team where only the tank interacts and move to target (melee) and I play from either dps or healer.
I don't know why but the tank isn't moving.

I bet you've seen it before .
What can I be doing wrong?

EDIT:
Ok, the tank moves now (slot 4) but the hunters stop following the healer, which is not intended.
