For future reference, mixing RAM kits, when overclocking, is never recommended, but based on the speed you're purchasing, you aren't overclocking it. RAM manufacturers sell matched pairs together like they do because they're tested together and guaranteed to work with each other, whereas when you buy multiple kits, they are not tested together.Originally Posted by Atsu
