    Default 110 Boost Question

    Hi all,
so with the purchase of BFA a 110 boost is added to the battlenet account the BFA purchase is linked to. My question, if I buy BFA for $40 do I have to activate the new account before the boost becomes available? I am wondering would this be a cheaper way to add a could of 110 boosts to my account.
    Thoughts?

It is a cheaper way to boost. Boosts are available battle.net wide. I picked up a number of boosts at the recent holiday sale, so this worked as recently as late Dec 2018.

    The process is fairly simple
    1. Create Starter Account
    2. Buy BFA and select the starter account
    3. Do NOT add game time or sub
    4. Delete Starter Account with an automated ticket ( https://battle.net/support/help/prod...1/878/solution )

If for whatever reason you accidentally add game time or sub, GMs can remove the accounts with a regular ticket, but you likely will have more hassle/time involved.

Can confirm this is true and it worked for me yesterday.

You can still find BfA on Amazon for $30.

But BfA is the expansion not the whole game. Are you sure you used BfA on the starter account and not the "Complete Collection"?

I can confirm that I used the $30 holiday sale of BFA only. I also was able to delete the account afterwards with the referenced link, so even if I'm wrong/confused, there was no lasting impact to my battle.net (besides being past WOW8)
