Account Suspended-Violation:Cheating

I started multiboxing 2-3 months ago with 6 accounts.It was going well for that time but in recent days i am struggling with bans.Firstly my main account has been banned which was 9 years old.When that happened i started to send tickets to blizzard,trying to understand why that happened because what they said was not true.Botting.I asked them numerous times what was the reason for this ban but i couldnt get any answer.They are just saying that they reviewed again and i found guilty of botting but i didnt.I was farming herbs and doing quests only .You know,with my hands,my other chars following me .I gave up on that account but 4 days later 5 of my other accounts also banned while i was farming and i still dont understand why.Now im left with nothing,mis-banned and want to defend myself.Is there any one who experienced the ban (access violation:cheating) and can guide me what to do.My addons:

-basic minimap
-gather mate
-Is boxer
-wow gathering nodes

There are some strange events happened before 5 of my accounts banned
1-i was listening music via google chrome on youtube and there was a popup on the lower right corner on the screen showing some adds.I didnt think it is a big issue because i recenly formatted the pc but my eset antivirus said that connection blocked when popup happened.I run a scan when i first encountered this and my antivirus found nothing.Can this be a malware ?
2-is doing quests or farming ,collecting things at the same time while using multibox brokes one keypress-one action rule?i mean how am i supposed to use multibox without doing things together.and can someone explain this rule?Is this my mistake?
3-i was using num lock while i have to walk long distances while using multibox because it was easy to run like that without have to press and hold W key.The interesting thing is,before im banned ,i experienced a strange running pattern.while using num lock sometimes my leading character instantly turns 180 degrees back (and slightly teleports back at the same time) and continue to run to opposite direction.But when i used W key that didnt happen so after some time i only used directional keys to move.I was talking with my friend via discord while this happened and now im thinking that maybe the GM talked with me and i didnt saw it so he teleported me and made me go other way.Everytime that happened i quickly returned to go my way.Maybe GM was watching me and decided im a bot because i didnt acted like he wanted?

Your character was witnessed being automated ingame with verification.

People reported you for botting, enough to generate a ticket (which is alot). People reporting you are not used as a "witness".
A GM got the ticket, checked your character themselves and agreed.

At best, you can ask them if this was checked while you were online or offline.
Highly likely that it was online at which point, someone literally looked at you playing and said you were botting.
In the unlikely situation that it was offline, ask to have the hacks dept look into it.

Plead your own case, not "everyone said it was ok" bullshit.

This has nothing to do with addons, isboxer or anything normal running on your computer.
Someone looked at you playing and deemed you were botting.
In all likelyhood, the remaining accounts were closed after a full review of your behaviour.

i may look like a bot but i never used one.how am i supposed to prove that?Dont they have a system that scans illegal software?This is not fair imo

usually means the gm did some kind of "bot check" and you didnt reply / behave as expected.

Im farming hyperspawns pretty hardcore and what they do towards me is disconnecting random games. When im farming i 100% look like a bot to other players. If i dont stop and log back in, within a certain time, they will believe im afk and botting = banhammer.

if you arent responding to their checks on you, it means you are using something they cant figure out what it is, but it has to be something, so they ban the player. Its been over a year now though, farming often, ive had no issues so far.

They dont have to find software etc on your pc to conclude botting: if they get complaints from other players regarding you, they then most likly start using sofisticated anti botting detection software, tracking all keypresses, mousecursor movements etc, down to the millisecond, while creating logs of how long you are playing, patterns of movements/keypresses, etc etc, to detect any unhuman behaviors. That, combined with randomly disconnecting games, instantly killing a character and place it at the nearest graveyard etc etc etc, should be effective to uncover any cheating going on.

before my first char banned a rogue sapped me for 5-10 min ,i couldn't escape .Then i found an opening and ran,find a safe spot and stopped farming for 10 min but i was close to pc.Then one of my chars disconnected and i immediately tried to login and saw the first ban.4 days later my other accounts banned.Im at a lost right now.How am i gonna prove it when they say you are a bot because we saw it and BAM,over.

Considering i havent been banned ages ago, and im pretty sure im 100% of the time on a "we are trying our very best here to figure out if he is cheating" watchlist (cause people sends complaints of possible botting going on), it sounds like they found something spesific regarding you.

Best bet is to explain your situation well and ask for your ticket to be reviewed by the "anti cheat departement" (not a regular gm). And ask if they can check if you got hacked and stuff happened while you werent actually playing yourself. They should be able to figure out if your accounts where used on a different pc etc, if thats the case. Best of luck.

Read through some of the other "ban" threads around here. You're not the first and won't be the last. There are ways to go about appeals and spamming them with questions saying "nuh uh weren't me" or asking them to prove it will not get you anywhere. It sucks, but always always always maintain decorum. That alone goes a long way to differentiate yourself from the malefactors out there.

Hello. Many things can be said on the internet, however i'm going to assume you are legit, genuine and have done nothing wrong.

So in your first response back to blizzard you said you are using friends accounts to multibox? You get in trouble just for that if they look into it.

Secondly you made the same mistake I did which was just to respond to the tickets asking for them to double check-- without actually providing them with new evidence to support your claim. All that can happen there is they will review (which they did) and have only their information to look at again.

The account you used in the pictures you shared with us? GM's responding will literally just close it without reading from now on. You can try, but it won't do any good.

The good and bad summed up. You account share with friends (going by first image) and who is to say they didn't cheat. What if when you were investigated they were playing on their computers (with your charcters too) and they were doing something dodgy and it was independently verified by a GM. That's the bad.

The good news? If the accounts you used are on different battle.net accounts... you get more chances at having this reversed!
Jump on a second bnet account that was banned 'together', put in your case, give evidence to support YOU and they will review it again with your new information. If you can prove you didn't bot (by showing HOW/WHAT you multi-box in detail) and they can verify it on one bnet? they reverse the ban on all of them.

However if your friends botted and you used their characters later? no chance.
It also says you have only been banned for 6 months? that means whatever they did find wasn't too horrible by comparison.

Having not known what gather mate was I looked it up.

Apparently it's a legit mod that tracks the locations you've gathered from. Ok, so my thoughts on this is that this inadvertently got you banned.

When I gather I don't use mods that highlight my herb locations. So for example if I farm in zones I am just usually wandering around aimlessly on a loose circuit looking for herbs to gather. But if I had this addon I'd be more likely following a very specific pattern knowing where they spawn.

Ok so having said all that what the GM probably witnessed was your characters repeating a specific set of locations over and over again. Very bot-like behavior.

If this is the case then your accounts got mixed up with what bots typically do. Multiboxers already get tons of reports thrown at us because players hate what we do. Normally it's a non-issue but this can look like a bot and that may have been enough to get your 6 month suspension. As someone else said above this all assumes you are being honest with us.
