I agree its pretty smal but a 20K limitation is not a big deal. Look at the 1st image I posted, took like 2 seconds with Gimp to re-encode as JPEG and got it under 20K (it's only 14K actually) and it's very nearly the exact same quality as the PNG. I can see only some very slight differences between the two.
