Looking at the script, you need to launch the games with ALT+CTRL+L, which along with renaming each game, also labels them. The Labels are important because all your later hotkeys are directed to the game via labels. If you launch eh games themselves and just use a CTRL+R, then the labelling doesn't occur, and thus the hotkeys don't work.

I'm also assuming that you are doing this on the non Blizzard server as per the LaunchAndRename command, as the live retail servers now have a "hidden window", which you need to deal with. See this post for more info https://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/...l=1#post412536

Other issues might be cause by Windows Application Compatibility settings. Which would also affect the other programs you have mentioned don't work either.
