I took my entire team and have all 4 monacles on all 5 characters. If you are only sending one character per, none of them matter if your team is 120 except the one in Vahjir. If you have a druid, send the druid - do the sea legs quest and use aquatic form - this makes aquatic form the same speed or faster than flying (it was quite a bit faster on my 280 flying team). For the yellow monacle download the addon Hivemind HoO Puzzle helper, this makes the process take ~20 minutes if you fill it in properly. I'm not sure why it killed the FPS of the above poster as my team sat looking at the puzzle and I didn't notice any issues.

I run 5 * 3440 * 1440 on a 1080ti. So that no doubt had something to do with it. It's usually fine until a lot of little doodads show up.
