I did it casually between yesterday and today. I think the red monocle was the worst part as you can't really save any time on it.
My suggestions:
Blue monocle = send your highest achieved character from your team. Nobody else as phasing headaches are everywhere.
Yellow monocle = send only one. The puzzle will ruin your FPS. This puzzle is long. Expect an hour or two on it.
Green monocle = super easy. Doesn't matter.
Red monocle = send the character with the abyssal seahorse. A huge improvement though it's still a timesink as you need to travel A-B-A-C-A-B, etc.
Not all characters have to have all monocles. Can have one red, one green, one yellow, one blue.
For the suramar part, be mindful of the mob HP. Send first four to the four waypoints, put on the monocle that cons red. Take off weapons, dismiss pets and keep them around 10% life. Send 5th toon to the room with the cabinet. Run into the cabinet until you come through the other side and click the pillows until you get kicked out.
FYI: Damage from the room will need to include absorbs as well. The flat damage number is not accurate if a character with an absorb on them did it.
On yellow, as I suspect this will be a problem for a few people. This thing will wreck your GPU so don't send more than 1. For that 1, identify the board color by finding the tile that cannot be altered anywhere. That'll be your board color. Then slowly work to convert the rest of the tiles to that color. Keep in mind that tiles are usually not affected by controls on the other side of the board. Stay local, look once in awhile out of that range if you can't find the source of the control. Basically all the controls shoot color changes across the titles in a X + O format.
Rest of the guide stuff should be straight forward.
Tested. Dismounts on gather.
