Note that Questhelper (last time I checked) was bugged to sometimes cause WoW locks when zoning. The way to fix this is to download Gatherer 3.1.1 and copy its version of Astrolabe and overwrite Questhelper's version.
I was having this problem. Very annoying. I downloaded the latest version of Questhelper and it seems to be fixed.
