What are you aiming to do with all these accounts? Are you planning to raid, only do pvp (bad idea, could lead to a ban down the road ), ride thru crowded cities, put up shows for people to watch, or are you just going to stand stationary somewhere doing a stand still farm.. with grafics settings set to "i cant see whats going on" on my monitor? Why not just start somewhere on the pc you got already, and then see how many your rig can play, to your liking.

If you havent played with more than 1 pc before, then be prepared to have your mind blown, its a very different beast and takes time to setup.

If you really want to stick to one pc, then get the best you can afford (if i were you: amd 299wx (32 cores/64 threads), 128 gb ram etcetc, and then gives us a review

Though where i live, the cpu alone costs 3,2k us dollars. And i could buy 2 (maybe even 3!) used computers that could play 8-10 accounts on each nicely for that (any older within 4 years i7 6core/12threads, 64gb ram if possible, nvidia 1060 6gb vram or similar, 200ish gb good brand ssd, a "3x12" cm fan closed watercooler). All these games will be on settings 1, 1080p, 60 fps front, 30 fps back.

So you are paying a insane premium just to be able to play on 1 pc, if thats what you want to do. If i were you i would just figure out what you can do with your current rig, then get another one similar specc pc, or something cheaper, if thats what you lack in order to play 30 accounts. It will be a lot cheaper. But you will need to spend time to learn how to set it up.
