That looks exactly like what you need. Or, as someone with a 3D enabled system (complete with glasses), turn off the 3D settings in the driver. On non 3D machines, I prefer not to install the 3D driver all together.
Usually Nvidia CP, Stereo 3D, Setup 3D, uncheck, Enable 3D.
Worth noting that on the Nvidia settings, the Manage 3D settings is not the same as Stereo 3D, and what you have there is Stereo3D.
