I will continue to fight this as I know I did nothing wrong but used a VPN to stop the constant disconnects I was having which in turn flagged my accounts. Seems like the VPN automatically gets picked up as a hacker or damaging entity.

How were you on live chat and didn't tell them you had multiple accounts that had been hit by this?
There shouldn't be anything else to fight.
Didn’t have time I finally got through right before business hours were closed. Remember I am 12 hours ahead of U.S is difficult to cordinate with my job. Didn’t help that I had already submitted ticket for all my other accounts together she told me to just wait on it since it was already submitted.

Final update all of my accounts were unlocked took about 1 day. GMs were very helpful and even added an extra week free of playtime for all my accounts. My advice if you are running more than 10 accounts becareful using VPNs as it shows as bots or possible hackers.
What time they close means nothing as long as you start talking to them before they stop. They will talk to you all night if needed.
You can always contact EU support as well which cover the other half of the day.

VPN + Asia = bot behavior, especially after Blizzard started banning the "farm houses" based on IP. It's almost like they need a questionnaire for folks using non-standard connection characteristics to fill out so they aren't rounded up with the rest of the riffraff.
