Default Resto Druid setup / what's your layout sequence?

I am trying to get Resto Druid to work on my team, and I either use too much mana or not enough. Others on here have had great success with it and hoping to get some insight on your layout of what is used.

Mainly, how do you blanket your rejuvs on the entire group?
The Hots themselves don't seem to be "enough" in certain situations and you only have a couple options at that point, being Tranq for AoE heal, or Swiftmend for single target and then it's on to Regrowth spam.

If I take germination, I blow my mana out of the water - unless I run 5x druid and can use 4 innervates every 3 minutes, the problem is Balance DPS is not sufficient currently.

My goal is to see what rotations or how you've implemented your macros to work.

This is how Blue / RedSorc answered when I asked similar on Discord - sorry for the crap format, it's a copy-paste and no time to fix layouts

@Blue / RedSorc for your resto druid healer, do you just use GSE, if so how do you config it? or do you also use Clique or healbot type of things?

Blue / RedSorcToday at 11:21 AM

Its not easy to explain. I use a custom ISBoxer hotkey to do most of the work.
I've set up a sort of priority system using timers.

    ArangarToday at 11:22 AM

ahh, so the hotkey will target a group member based on timer and cast heals?

Blue / RedSorcToday at 11:23 AM

Yeah. For ALL my healers, I use a clickbar overlaid over my bars
And left click on that click bar is bound to focusing the character the bar hovers over
    Like... hang on...

There's my game client right now. You see how the top character is highlighted? That's the overlay click bar

    ArangarToday at 11:24 AM

and then your dps spam key spams heal on focus?

Blue / RedSorcToday at 11:24 AM

    Exactly.
And that's pretty much all I do for my monk, my hoyl paladin, my shaman etc.
The druid is a little more involved, hang on a tick...

This is what my druid hotkey looks like right now

    ArangarToday at 11:26 AM

    ok cool, thanks

    PolyShoreToday at 11:26 AM

my brain would melt if i tried to do all that

Blue / RedSorcToday at 11:27 AM

That blank at the bottom is set not to advance for 1.4 seconds, and every one of these steps shifts to the last step
So the end result is that the hotkey will only push the top step that isn't disabled each 1.4 seconds (i.e. roughly one gcd)
That Step #17 is linked to a GSE macro
That cycles rejuvs on the party memebrs in a rotation
So when it runs out of special things to do, its just spamming useful rejuvs on everybody
I then use a set of other hotkeys to activate things that aren't in the rotation.
For example, that click bar from above, right clicking a bar activates the corresponding dispel step in the druid hotkey, so that on the very next GCD the druid will cast dispel.
This is actually still a work in progress: I need o do some more tweaking, its just that this stage of the work in progress is good enough for me to clear quite a lot of content, so I've been lazy

    ArangarToday at 11:30 AM

    cool, great info, thanks

Blue / RedSorcToday at 11:31 AM

Np. I've had a few people ask about it, I might try and do a video or something when I've finally evolved it into a form I'm proper happy with.

    ArangarToday at 11:31 AM

    that would be great

Looks very interesting! I like the concept!
My biggest hurdle is covering Rejuvs on the entire team effectively. How does one go about throwing these out effectively without burning through mana?

Edit* nm, I realize with how this macro is setup it easily compensates for the spam and can dish out rejuv's without overlapping too much.

I want a copy /paste of this!! I also use /focus for healing and this would make it much smoother.

    I use a fse on key 1
custome isboxer steps on key 2.

each step triggers an ingame macro for each char. E.g /cast @nameofmytank rejuv... etc.
each char has their own macro.
macros use keys from 5 to =

    Isboxer steps are

    1
    1
    1
1 which covers the gse heals for tank, i use a gse carting at focus macro.
    2
    2
    2
    2
    2
    covers my rejuvs.

for my key 3 use another isboxer step whci only does rejuvs

For normal healing i us yhe heal like a pro from the vids, but i use ema’s team option eith clique enabled. It sorts the group alphabetically and i can heal pugs by jist adding them to the tea, list and removing.

clickbar s over the top. By using the same heal keymaps and grouos i can heal from any char like i was driving fromt the druid.

you end up click healing klst of the time from tank, then spot healing team with key bind 3 etc.

on the other chars i just set their normal actions and then duplicate them onto keys 2 and 3 so 5ey keep fighting as i switch between gse healing tsnk, custom gse and isboxer on 2 or rejuvs on 3.

Hope this helps. Running druid tanks and heals and three hunters. This way a tsnk pet csn tskr over and my ts ks with redto spec can shadow meld pff sgro to ts k pet, assit hesl themselves and get back knto thr fight.

All my healers were done with the heal bar, similar to the picture above.
Click type determined the heal they did.
It broadcast to the healer group, in IS Boxer.
