Its not easy to explain. I use a custom ISBoxer hotkey to do most of the work.
I've set up a sort of priority system using timers.

Yeah. For ALL my healers, I use a clickbar overlaid over my bars
And left click on that click bar is bound to focusing the character the bar hovers over
Like... hang on...

There's my game client right now. You see how the top character is highlighted? That's the overlay click bar

Exactly.
And that's pretty much all I do for my monk, my hoyl paladin, my shaman etc.
The druid is a little more involved, hang on a tick...

That blank at the bottom is set not to advance for 1.4 seconds, and every one of these steps shifts to the last step
So the end result is that the hotkey will only push the top step that isn't disabled each 1.4 seconds (i.e. roughly one gcd)
That Step #17 is linked to a GSE macro
That cycles rejuvs on the party memebrs in a rotation
So when it runs out of special things to do, its just spamming useful rejuvs on everybody
I then use a set of other hotkeys to activate things that aren't in the rotation.
For example, that click bar from above, right clicking a bar activates the corresponding dispel step in the druid hotkey, so that on the very next GCD the druid will cast dispel.
This is actually still a work in progress: I need o do some more tweaking, its just that this stage of the work in progress is good enough for me to clear quite a lot of content, so I've been lazy
