Druid Form Macros Broke?

BFA changed how forms work in macros. I have looked all over the place and cant figure it out. I want to add the command to change into the form i need without modifiers. I used to be able to spam my guardian macros and if i was not in bear form it would switch me to bear automatically ( and not undo it by spamming the macro ) this no longer works. Any help?

To be clear. My old macro would switch me to whatever spec form i needed once i engaged in combat. It was somthing like /cast [nostance:1) !bear form

Update ( i found the answer before but I typoed the macro so it didnt work ) the new command is /cast [nostance:1] Bear Form(Shapeshift) .. small change..not sure why they have to change somthing like that lol.

The macro at the end of my post seems to work fine. But the info in that link is awesome for many other situations! thanks for that!
