Global chats gone?!

Heyo,
i'm not sure if thats a common issue or if its even related to isboxer or jamba but i thought i give it a go.

A few of my characters are not able to join any global chat channels and i highly doubt that it is because i got muted or the like for insulting people or spamming or whatever you can do to become muted.

Does somebody encounter a similar issue?

/join 1 has no effect, says channel not found.

I will post a screenshot of my chat settings where the channels are grayed out.

I have no clue how this can be on some characters and not on others. Ty for helping me in advance

There are several threads over on the Blizzard forum talking about this issue.

/join 1 has no effect, says channel not found.

Well, "1" is not a valid channel name. The command is "/join ChannelName" (General/Trade/LookingForGroup/LocalDefense/WorldDefense/CustomChannelName).

/resetchat is what fixed it for me
