Ive never actally payed gametime with a token, only thru my creditcard. Maybe thats why they dont ban me lol. My main income has always been boe's etc ive farmed. I dont do any raiding etc, all i do is buy boosts and mounts with the gold. Only from top world guilds. Hundreds of millions of gold worth over the years. Got many battlenets i wish to get the same mounts etc on. Not one issue so far.
Disturbing this if they are banning people based on new "rules", regarding the economy, without first informing the public about the risk of getting a ban. Espesially if we have been doing the same for years without problems.
How i havent gotten any ban must be a miracle.
Though i dont give out large amounts of gold without getting something concrete in return shortly thereafter. And i always write a contract / the reason why we traded the gold in chat. Which the other person has to agree on.

They have succeed in ruining me :\ this ban is completely incorrect and they refuse to even let me make my case, Blizzard does not care it seems. Was good knowing you guys but i can't afford to get 1 new account let alone a handful, i wish the best to all, I'm broken
How many times have you contacted them?
The "This penalty has already been upheld. Any further requests on this topic will not be reviewed" is just the current default answer that follow the corresponance.
Did you spesifically ask for your case to be reviewed by the anti cheat departement? You need to explain your setup in detail to them. What happens when you are farming. Maybe that would help.

was my second ticket and i explained boxing, i explained follow and how teleporting my toon only 20-30 yards would be hard to notice, i asked to be escalated and provided video from my Twitch Vods showing the Exact spot i was at with the exact same toon comp doing the same thing as when i was banned. etc, i added everything i thought would be required but it seems they never even read the second ticket.
As ive said before and ive told blizzard spesifically, i only visually check my monitors around one time every 30 to 45 min. As im either laying in bed or sitting in the sofa either reading in university books or watching tv. And i dont reply to /whispers or communication from strangers. They said "ok" in reply to this. As long as i dont cheat, and it was strongly implied that they would be able to find out, if i did, they couldnt care less what im doing while just pressing my few "farm buttons" over and over. And ive done this around since oct 2017.
Admittedly this feels like a grey area, but ive never really noticed any very obvious botchecks. And never been contacted by a gm. People travelling past say they have rapported me or going to rapport me for botting almost on a daily basis.

It was my main toon that was tested, Teleported Backwards facing my follow team, i had no warnings because the gap was never wide enough to break my follow. If it we're far enough to break my follow like it should have been then i would have not gotten the audible warnings because they are god awfully loud :\ and i have turned them off.
People can be deaf, drunk and whatnot, thats a terrible bot test, to just move a toon slightly. If they really wanted to test if you were botting and afk, they could f.ex kill one character and wait and see if you, the player, notice it "soon". If you are still not responding after "hours" and keypresses goes on like nothing happened = banhammer
