If you did nothing wrong, it was probably just a random GM that took a look at you, then did some minor adjustments to your character(s) to see how you reacted. Then, he most likely just banned you, just in case, as you looked like maybe a bot.

Just write a veeeeery solid complaint and insist that it gets escalated to the anti-cheat departement.

Also, the GMs never contacts you in person/ingame while you are "farming". If they did, it will tell you that they are or have been "watching" you.
They also do "ban waves" every so often, usually couple times a year, so if you happen to do something ... / cough .. for 3 months ago, it just might be that you got the hammer now instead of back then.

If you used "monk statue" strats etc, that might actually be a exploit, then you have poor odds.. you really should send in a ticket and ask if its a legit strat to use, before you start really using it. Whenever you find such a farmspot.

And be carefull indeed, im pretty sure blizzard can run special botting detection software that records and detects any patterns in your keypresses and a lot lot more, if they want to investigate you spesifically. Like if you used a keyboard etc that allowes you to spam a button when its pressed = big no no.

Were you doing this in a quest area? I was having hell getting my quest done last night on a solo toon, there were so many farmers everywhere.. perhaps it's counted as griefing?

If you are camping and have 100% tag on an entire spawn area, where others cant get tag on the spesific mobs they need for their quest, at all, then thats asking for trouble.

Try lower down the amount of keyspamming / aoe / statue, so others can get a tag in inbetween, if this is the case.

I would just ignore them or paste this link https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/11704 were Blizzard cleary states that my accounts will NOT be actioned for multiboxing and that it is NOT a violation of Blizzards Terms of Use.

Yea all 8 of my accounts we're banned, i was farming on an island NW stormsong valley where the venture mining co is and there are for sure lots of mobs in the area surrounding the spot i was farming, Never had a single person complain next to me that i obstructed anything etc, but i did have quite a few people who did not understand what i was doing message me to let me know that they are the ones reporting me for "botting". I also run a 4x4 stack so any single player out there that Needs to tag my mobs can because it will not tag lock them until that 9th char taps it.

The only potential GM check that i noticed was that my main toon seemingly lagged backwards about 30 yards and i was facing the way my other toons we're so i was never out of follow range and pretty much ran right back into fighting, I assumed it was a potential GM check so i had typed in chat for sillys "das no bueno" and then about 20 seconds later my accounts started dropping out 1 by 1, Attempted to speak in say chat a few lines before the final ban hit but didn't see any response.

my team comp was 8 balance druids and the farm was not even stand still, i have to actively rock back and forth at the spot to tag specific mobs out of range, so that alone could have been observed for a little bit to be seen random and not scripted or robotic etc

Hi Nezreck sorry to hear about what happend, sadly I also got hit few days before BFA realese. I got banned on all of my accounts 5, the reason was Abuse of the Economy, I do not farm gold, all I was doing was dungeons, WQ's and pretty much this. However 2 weeks before the ban I've got mythic argus boost for in-game gold from guild on my server @Draenor that does those kind of boost 3 times a reset. I obtained gold through wow tokens.

I have made ticket explained about what happend, I even told them time and date and the person to who and what for I traded the gold, after first ticket I got response that I've been banned for using 3rd party program and I didnt use anything beside ISBoxer and ingame addons such as ElvUI and Jamba etc, nothing has changed since the past.

Then when I try to make a phone call them they didnt even pick up and just connected the case and told me that the appeal has already been look into and actions won't be overtaken.

I wanted to start over but since I belive May in EU the law has changed and blizzard cannot delete WoW accounts anymore only whole battle.net account.
So Im stuck with 5 banned licenses and no more space to 5 box, so I just decided to no longer multibox and play a single character.


Its really sad that more and more boxers are getting ban, and I belive that most of us are actually innocent but this is just how it is.

i was active on the AH selling BoEs that drop in the world, i looted around 30 since expansion release day.

I bought about 12 tokens for some toon boosts, 8 tokens for subscriptions, 1 token for a buddy to gift a mount, and traded a guy from a twitch stream enough gold to buy BFA. I had also given gold to a few friends to buy stuff they wanted, "i've been doing that for years".

I had about 6million gold on my account at the time and about 2million gold worth of stuff to sell.

And my main account was made in 2004 back in vanilla and i started boxing early WoD with 3 accounts, then upped to 5 at the start of legion and then upped to 8 around 5 months into legion and have had the 8 since
