We all appreciate the work you've done. Please don't do anything rash... Software sucks, some people suck... but that doesn't mean all people suck...

When someone is upset about a product, it means they value it, are invested in it and that you've provided something they "want" and are happy with.
Taking breaks are beneficial too especially if its overwhelming. It's meant to be fun and a game, when it stops being that - letting it cool off is a reasonable route.
