I went ahead and created a Horde US community the other day, but I've yet to get around to creating a post on the forum and sharing the invite link as I've been quite busy. At the moment, it would seem that Communities are still somewhat broken, and limited, compared to what we've had available in any standard chat channel that's been in the game for over a decade, so it will be difficult to enforce any rules. Still, I want to get a few things in order before I give out the invite link, and when it's available, it'll be posted in the Guild sub-forum (perhaps need to change that to Guild/Community now).
