Maximizer not working:[[

Ok so i have two screens. i have a four instances of wow setup to run on the left screen and one to run on the right screen.
but when i type in the command in keyclone then hit connect sometimes the one on the right screen wont go completely fullscreen. and sometimes the ones that are supposed to go to the left screen just open plop themselves right down in the center of the right screen.. this wasnt much of a problem before because all i would do is sit there and hit quit and re-enter the command and it would work after one or two tries.. but its not working at all now.. it wont go its the right spot:[[

are you running vista? did you 'run as' administrator?

in v1.8f, if you changed the maximizer layout while windows were in the regions, they would reposition in very odd ways.
v1.8g has fixed that (i usually set my regions THEN run my wows. i hadn't tried on-the-fly adjustments)

yeah i can't get maximizer to work either. I went to command editor and created two commands.. named region1 and region 2 (only doing 2 for testing if it works). Both commands open up wow from the same folder. "always on top" "lock in foreground" and "exclude from round robin" are all unchecked. In the keymap field i have left it blank since i don't know what its for. The Region field just has 1 and 2 in them for their respective names. I have Wow; username set as well. Wowfpsbk and maxfps i did not set either since i wasn't sure what they were.. Then under the maximizer tab i clicked the + sign which created a resizable box. Named it region1 and set its dimension. applied it with snap to grid and enable checked as well under display 1. PIP i set to Ctrl F1 and F2. Then proceeded to press the + a second time and named it region2 and set the dimensions. Followed the same steps as region 1 and applied and pressed Ok.

So if I am correct at this point then great. Then i proceed to close keyclone and open it up and it automatically loads 1 application of wow. I then type in region2 and press connect which loads another wow. After i log in and try pressing Ctrl F1 and F2 nothing happens. the wow windows are in full mode still and i have to manually move them to where i want. No pip no nothing hehe. Is there a good step by step video of this being set up somewhere?

spaces in the name could be an issue. make sure you have no spaces or caps... the names must match exactly
so, the names would be region1 or region2 and not just 1 or 2

maxfpsbk == max frames per second while in the background (ie: not active/foreground window)
maxfps == max frames per second while active/foreground window

you want to set these ... they save a massive amount of cpu/gpu/bus
a recommended setting for a mid range computer would be maxfpsbk: 15 and maxfps: 40
if you active window never quit gets 40 fps.. then the 15 is too high. some people will run with maxfpsbk at 5. whatever works for you

also, i'm not sure you meant you have 'enable maximizer' checked or not.. you want it CHECKED

the PIP won't work if the windows are not maximized. the fact that they come up windowed means you don't have the region correct.

also, you don't need to have your wows on auto-start... you can use the command box on the front of keyclone and just type wow1;wow2
