They usually give ~72 hours and I've never seen them not grant that (I've personally asked), but I would imagine that if you're repeatedly asking them for free game time, that eventually they'll stop giving it to you.
I used to get 24 hours but they got said its somthing they can not keep doing as i had a lot over 6 months
