You say that they keep going after multiboxers, but other than the removal of follow from battlegrounds, five years ago, what else have they been doing to us since then that was seen as negative?

follow in ashran was because of multiboxing (or though they did not say it they said we saw having follow was going to be a problem)

But really all they been aiming @ is pvp

Same thing with "WarMode" follow works but as soon as your in combat, then follow "dies"

The phasing is working though it does not phase you in the city, if in a party one does not have war-mode you can not see them.

you get 15% extra XP buff if in "warmode "
