It seems to be restricted to "PvP" areas which is bonkers seeing warden towers are all PvE. Anyway I've voiced my distaste for this change because I've not done beta and fear there will lots of little "PvP" nodes where PvE happens, follow breaks and we're annoyed every step of the way.

I don't know why "PvP" mobs are now a thing but it really sucks for us with this new rule. I guess we're going to find out how annoying it is.

Yeah, caster team is gunna be a no go for ma haha. Its a joke not being able to preposition. Good thing I'm only leveling them up for farming, Maybe ill use the druids to 5 box resto for wpvp.

I made it slightly better by turning on repeater and using my turn keys. But yeah, hardly optimal.

Was there a hotfix? My paladins are able to keep following while doing the tower world quest (warmode off).

Edit NVM, seems like it only work for a second because i oneshot the mob? aarrgh.

Edit2: Prot Paladins so far are my favorite and its really not so bad compared to ranged. Glad we still have IWT.

yeah I do the same thing with my Warrior, Dk's and pally and enhanced shammys, and follow is only off while in combat in any world pvp.

Yeah I was doing a tower on my prot palis and it was fun, I was wondering what everyone was complaining about. But then on my hunters it was horrible, pets randomly going into combat when no mobs are around, it was just awful.

Have we seen a bluepost yet regarding this?

Went on the druids some more, oh my. So much fun. Even though the team is weaker. PvP is so good.
Was able to handle quite a few even fights that ended up being 5v5. I think the opponents weren't coordinated but that's ok no complaints!

I've yet to try the warden towers but I'll let everyone know how I do with my shamman and lock teams.

I'm glad I farmed them for a while before the pre-patch because I hit lvl 82 just from logging on, going to try make it 1 lvl a day goal and b one of the first on the server to hit 500 :P

Do you need to log on your character to get the "honor" from them? I wonder how far back it goes.

Yes you have to log them in. I saw my honor jump up with every toon that logged in.
