Guild frame addon?
I'm not using anything like that. Don't even know what that is.
If you are talking about the unitframes of the raid, then it's the built in wow raid frames.

Wops.. I was talking about the raid party frame style, sorry about misleading you (im still sleeping). Doesn't look like the default blizzard party frame and it looks pretty good.

you can drag it around and enable class colors. pretty good built-in raidframes from WoW itself though ;-)
You can enable raid frames for 2-man 3-man 5-man and so on and so on .. check it out in your settings.
With those raidframes i use mouse-over macro's and Clique healing
