Thanks I checked and I do have it all. I Wonder if it would help if instead of having them all follow the master, if i had one follow master and next one follow him and so on.

This would break the follow even easier. I think you are having latency between the toons. When some of my toons are lagging, i simply use serverhop to phase between realms and sometimes that helps a lot.
