Having the toons assist while pressing ALT, CTRL and SHIFT

Hello, I'm trying to find out how to make the modifiers function as the normal 1-9 buttons. And by that I mean that when I press 1-9 they other toons automaticly assist me with the spell I'm casting. When I'm using a modifier (alt, ctrl, shift) they do not. I have to first press 1, then press shift+1 for them to do the same on my target.

I have tried to edit:
1. Menu -> Standard shift -> Button set
2. Both trying to add the broadcast hotkey to the combat set and the Base Hotkeys
3. Trying with the + Slot ID modifier
4. Adding hotkeys manualy without the wizard

I have tried to google it, but after watching some vids and read some posts I cannot find out how.

Does anyone have a link to how I could solve this?
