Reducing eye strain

I got some cheap "gunnars" awhile back and i also enabled a filter in windows and turned the brightness down. It helped a lot. The gunnars can be pricey so if you are able to buy them and return them asap if they didnt suit you, that would be the best.

Hmm well, you could also try go to your local optichian and ask if they sell "computer glasses".

Who knows, if you are using pc most of the day at your work , you could be elligible for free glasses even.
