The macros are found in the Game Helpers/World of Warcraft portion of the ISboxer tree structure in the upper left window pane and displayed in the lower left window pane once you highlight Game Helpers World of Warcraft. You can then edit the macro in the lower right window pane. The mapped that actually runs the Action to call the FTL macro is found under Key Maps/ ISB42 - WoW. Its named Follow Me.
