    Default How to manage melee team ?

    Hello,

    I just created a DK team but i would like to how to manage fights ? My toons are constantly out of range during fights.

    i pretty much just make sure my positioning is good, like running up to a mob and then very slightly rotating to the side of him with your main will allow your follows to be close enough, it not the best waybut it's the lazy way :P

    For small mobs, just run past the mob until you are next to it, then turn and engage with the main and your followers should be in range.

    For large hit-box mobs, just run "into" the mob a bit until the followers hit it, then back up with your main and you should be OK.

    You can always use Interact With Target + Click To Move to make your slaves run over and hit something, just be aware that one or more will occasionally keep running through the mob and go off into the wild blue yonder, especially if the mob they are targeting is moving. It's annoying at times, but them's the breaks with melee teams. IWT+CTM can also be bound to your DPS spam key which will make the slaves "circle" the mob (think: shark feeding frenzy) but that has the complication that you constantly have to remember to round them up with /follow {FTL} after each thing dies or they will again go running off into the wild blue yonder.

    I now run Melee (main) and Warlocks (second team) - I play wPvP so slightly different but the Melee team are by far best.

    I just bind IWT (and ensure key is set on WoW) to the main attacks and they pretty much chase targets around themselves. At first you find they "run through" their targets when combat ends but you get used to it.

    Works very well, however in PvE they spin random circles endlessly around their target
