See the "combat" in the initial parameters? That's your problem. Unless you go smack the mob with a staff or paw or wand or the mob hits you first, that condition will ALWAYS evaluate to FALSE, thus preventing the spells from ever casting.Try this and see what you get:
/assist Lundy
/castsequence [harm, nodead] reset=combat/target wrath, moonfire, starfire, starfire, starfire
Really, there are only two things you gain by adding the [harm, nodead] at the beginning: A) no "bong!" sound and error message saying "Invalid target" or "Your target is dead!" and B) it won't auto-dismount you or shapeshift unless those conditions are true. Otherwise, you can knock those out too.
