Default Round Robin - With All Broadcasting Enabled

I've been messing about all day with my settings, and have had little to no success outside of using hardware to setup a round robin when having all keys/mouse actions broadcasted.

I feel like I am setting something up wrong.

Can someone explain to me how they are able to use a round robin, while broadcasting all input? I've tried disabling broadcasting on Key down, enabling on key up, then not progressing to the third step for 'x' amount of time.

I have tried having all mouse keys broadcasted at all times, and then specific keys sent when needed. But again, nothing successful.

The quick wizard guide is a good starting point, but passed broadcasting everything all the time, I am at a loss.

    Thank you in advance.

I'm pretty new to Multiboxing myself and only play WOW so apologies if I'm missing something but could I ask why you want to have everything broadcast all the time?
I'm pretty sure most MB programs (or at least ISBoxer) are not designed to have broadcast on all the time.

If you are using ISBoxer, could I suggest you leave Mouse Broadcast on as this is needed for D3 but turn KB broadcast off?
You could then still use the 1-4 keys like you currently are, however these would be Broadcast using ISB42 Combat Broadcast.
then all you would need to do is:
    1. Navigate to ISB42 - Combat Broadcst
    2. In the lower left pane expand the mapped key you are wanting to Round Robin
    3. check the 'Round-robin within selected target' check box and you would be done

Assuming all your characters are assgned to the combat broadcast keymap..

You can even make some custom mapped keys for say 'I' for Inventory 'C' for character screen and have ISBoxer send these keys to all your characters

Hey Tychus, thank you for the reply!

Unfortunately Diablo 3 is quite a bit different to WoW, where your movement, spells, looting etc... are 100% reliant on your mouse cursor/broadcast. There are no movement keys related to WASD, so you have to either use Left Click or a designated hot key for forced movement. (Think the Up arrow, and then the direction your characters move are based on the cursor location.

So sadly, you still need to broadcast everything.

If there is a way to have your mouse work on all screens but only allow certain hotkeys to be used, I would be greatly appreciative.

I played Diablo back in the day so get the issue
Yeah that is what I was trying to suggest. There totally is!

Under ISB42 - Always On, use the 'Activate Mouse Repeat' instead of the 'Activate Repeat' I'm guessing you are currently using.
I've personally set a hotkey for both as there are occasionally times where repeat KB is useful.

I'm almost positive I didnt make the Mouse repeat mapped key in always on but if I did, you can just make one yourself. Just create a mapped key for it and have step 1 do the 'do mapped key action' under ISB42 - Toggles, 'Activate Mouse Repeat (current window)'

Hope that makes sense - I'm tired and heading for bed lol.

I reread your reply and you were clear above, sorry about that! It's 0115am where I am, so a tad groggy.

    But that works perfectly!

Assuming you have Key Maps enabled, Hotkeys assigned to Mapped Keys override anything else. You are leaving out details in your post about what you're trying to do beyond "setting up round-robin," as well as sharing your profile.

To add to this, there isn't anything wrong with the way the Quick Setup Wizard sets anything up for new players. If having to change from "Activate Repeat" to "Activate Mouse Repeat" was necessary, then it would already be set up that way, as it would be incredibly confusing otherwise.

You are right MiRai, I apologize about the confusion. I have fixed the Round Robin issue, between clearing my settings and starting from scratch and making a new config.
