i paid for ticket ..., they had no problem with me then
BUT NOW ... should i just Rob them for 20k and when they find out its me ill say that the money is rightfully mine

none else can cash it... must be cashed my the same person ( my name is on the ticket and they require picture ID )
Ok, just curious, what do you mean the ticket has your name on it? Lotto tickets do not include a name on the due to the fact that they are given away as gifts and such and if they were locked to just one person then the individual who bought the ticket would suffer the tax ramifications for the recipient which would not be justifiable.( at least that is how it works in NY) Are you sure your name is on it?
To hand in high value tickets, you need to sign the back of the ticket itself.
Right, it must be endorsed to hand in. So why couldn't someone such a s a guardian sign the back. The original ticket should not have any personal info on it.
i allready signed it when i tried to hand it in ... bad idea ... by the way they gave me the cost of the ticket back and ripped it up
