Hmm... Has that something to do with you signature then ;-) You were power leveling 4 shamans with a level 70 shaman? And you did it before patch 2.3? Because with patch 2.3 one needs less then 100k exp / level at level 48. So getting 1 level in 2 hours at level 43 means about 40k exp / h.
Hope I am not annoying... I always check for correct numbers :S

Ugh it's been a while, and those runs were with a seperate equally level tank. The boost runs I did (from 35-42 in ZF with my main) took 40 minutes per full run.

Quest like crazy, teamidemise' guide rocks. use it and omit any quests that have you gathering tons of crap that only drop off 1/10 mobs, those quests take an hour on 1 char, dont do it on 5 chars! make a bank char and mail EVERYTHING to that char and let that char sell everything every day or 2, dont waste trips to banks and shit. also dont do class quests with 5 chars, just take the 1 char there and do the quest alone, and do it about 5 levels after you are meant to do it so it is a cakewalk for you. not bringing the other 4 chars with will save you time managing useless chars on a solo quest. If you wanna run instances do that too although on purple exp they will be slower exp gains then quest grinding, if on blue exp run instances like mad.
