I've actually only had one or two people say anything and its more curiousity then anything. There might be more multi-boxers on Aggramar but I haven't seen any so it seems most people are pretty clueless.

These are my favorites, something about stating the obvious that makes me laugh.
I'm clearing in quest/pvp gear.
"How did you get all the same gear?"
As I sit with my 5 shaman in front of said person.
"Are you the guy running 5 shaman?"
