Repeater Region Alpha

Is there any way to change the alpha/transparency of the repeater regions? Even if it's buried somewhere in the config files and I have to edit them, I don't mind.

I don't like having random grey boxes just chillin' on my windows, so I'd like to be able to set the alpha to 0.
