Your rogue's getting poop exp because 1: it's a 2man group; you need at least 3 to get group bonus to make it worthwhile. 2: Your hunter's a 70 and doing all the dmg; rogue does more dmg = rogue gets more exp, hunter oneshots everything = he sponges most of the exp into nothingness
