I don't have those images handy at the moment, but all of the images used for specs are images that are already used as spells somewhere in the game, so you have two ways to do this:
- Find the images on WoWPedia and save them
- Download the BLP files and convert them to a format that you can use (like PNG)
WoWPedia Example
1) Pick the class you want the spec icons from (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Class)
2) Using Death Knight as an example, scroll down until you see the spec icons (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Death_knight)
3) Save those images
BLP > PNG (if you want a nicer border)
1) Pick one of these to download from WoWInterface (Cold/Crisp/Original/Square/Thin) and extract the files somewhere
2) Follow the WoWPedia example up to the point where you've found the spec icons
3) When attempting to save the icon, its filename will be the filename of the actual BLP image from the game's files (e.g. "Spell_deathknight_bloodpresence")
4) Find it in the list of BLP files and put it to the side (repeat this for all of the spec icons you want to use)
5) Download this program from WoWInterface (http://www.wowinterface.com/download...Converter.html)
6) Open the program, and then drag and drop all of the BLP files you want to convert onto the program's PNG button/icon
7) ????
8) Usable PNG files
