The Pro config would be your best bet, although you can get the same effect without using it, but you need to use some redirection (which does pretty much the same as the Pro config, but it is not as easy to maintain in the long run).

Although you could do as PazGaz suggests, and call this second mapped key from your rotation with a Do Mapped Key Action.
