Second, we get banned not infrequently because noob customer support people read a report by another player and don't bother to find out if the person is multiboxing or not. 99% of those are overturned on appeal because someone with two brain cells to rub together (or no axe to grind) realizes what happened.

Third, does the EQ Terms of Service/EULA say anything about multiboxing?
