I also read that the gold drops and vendor price for Legion stuff will be higher than in previous expansions. It should make simple open world questing relatively profitable. I guess the reasoning is that since everything will scale to you, everything is now that much more difficult, and should be awarded slightly. Boxing will therefore be a great advantage, as we can blow through stuff faster than single players.
