I made some new toons lately and just mix and matched them to accomplish the goal of having 5 of each class at 100. I already had a few of these classes at 100. I had 3 mages..one warrior and one priest. My goal was to have 5 warlocks..5 mages and 5 priests. I used warriors for the tank because i have 5 druid..Dks..Paladins already and only had one warrior. So these teams use at least one of each and two in some cases so i can have Tank,Healer.DPSx3 in all groups and end up with my 5 of everything classes in the end. This way i can level exclusively in dungons via group finder.( i wont have 5 rogs though..)
Currently 5 Boxing 5 Protection Paladins on Whisperwind Alliance
The Power of Five!!! ( short video )

This is exactly what I did when I last leveled a lot of characters. It worked out great, but unfortunately I couldn't get every class that I wanted to level mixed in, so I had to leave some out.
